Before we begin work, we can often adjust the scope. After work has started, scope changes require a change order. Contact us as soon as you want to discuss any adjustments.
No. Support hours are scheduled with you after delivery. You can use them for calls, feedback sessions, or training. Unused hours are valid for 90 days from your delivery date.
Yes. If you cancel within 24 hours and work has not started, we issue a full refund. Partial refunds apply if work is in progress. See our Refund Policy for the full schedule.
