Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Design Sherman services are delivered digitally. No physical materials are produced or shipped. Deliverables are sent via email in formats appropriate to each service: Figma file links, ZIP archives, PDF documents, CMS login credentials, staging site URLs, or Google Drive folders. The specific format is confirmed in the onboarding email.

2. Post-Order Sequence

1. Stripe receipt (immediate): Automatic payment confirmation to your email.
2. Onboarding email (within 1 business day): Confirms your delivery date, introduces the project, and requests any access or information we need.
3. Onboarding questionnaire (within 2 to 3 business days): A short form covering your audience, goals, competitors, and preferences.
4. Work begins: Within 2 business days of receiving completed onboarding questionnaire and any requested access.
5. Delivery: Completed project sent to your email by the confirmed date.

3. Standard Timelines by Service

Timelines run from date of completed onboarding, not from payment date:

• Website Design and Build: 5 to 7 weeks
• Landing Page Design: 2 to 3 weeks
• Brand Identity: 3 to 5 weeks
• UI/UX Design: 4 to 8 weeks (scales with screen count)
• Website Redesign: 5 to 8 weeks
• Webflow Development: 3 to 5 weeks from approved design files
• Starter Package: 15 business days
• Growth Package: 22 business days
• Premium Package: Confirmed in onboarding (typically 8 to 12 weeks)

4. Late Delivery

If we miss a confirmed delivery date, we notify you at least 1 business day in advance with a revised timeline. If delivery is more than 5 business days late without prior notice, contact us at hello@designsherman.com for a resolution.

5. Delivery Confirmation

All deliverables are sent from hello@designsherman.com. Check spam if you do not receive delivery. We retain all deliverables for 12 months and can resend at any time within that period at no charge.
