Most website projects fail in the same two places: the brief is vague, or the handoff is incomplete. We have spent eight years building a process that addresses both.
Every project starts with a proper discovery session. We want to understand your audience, what action you want them to take on your site, what your competitors are doing (and where they fall short), and what you have already tried. This conversation determines the site architecture before any visual decisions are made.
Design comes after structure. We build wireframes that map out the full content hierarchy before anything is styled. This keeps revision cycles efficient -- you are approving the logic before you approve the look. Once wireframes are signed off, we move into high-fidelity design. Everything is built responsive from day one, not adapted for mobile later.
Development follows the approved designs closely. We write clean, semantic HTML with proper heading structure, schema markup, and page speed as a genuine priority. Most of our sites score 90 or above on PageSpeed. We do not use bloated page builders.
Before launch, you receive login credentials to your CMS, a written handoff document, and a video walkthrough of how to make the most common updates yourself. We have found that most clients need three or four things explained; we cover all of them.
