We spend 45 to 60 minutes understanding your business, your audience, what you already have, and what is not working. No obligation. Just an honest conversation about what you need.
Before we open Figma, we define the site architecture and content structure. Wireframes come next -- low-fidelity but detailed enough to confirm the layout logic before anyone invests in visuals.
High-fidelity mockups based on your brand (or the brand system we are building for you). We design desktop and mobile at the same time because responsive is not an afterthought.
Clean code, fast load times, proper semantic HTML, and a CMS that you can manage without us. We document everything before handoff.
We handle the technical launch, provide training on anything you need to manage yourself, and stay available for 30 days post-launch for any issues that come up.
Most clients come in with an idea of what they need but not a precise brief. That is fine. The discovery call is where we ask the questions that turn an idea into a scope. We want to understand the business, the audience, what the site needs to do, and what has and has not worked before. This is also where we tell you plainly if we are not the right fit for what you need, which saves time for everyone.
Architecture before aesthetics. We map the site structure and content hierarchy before any visual design happens. This usually produces three things: a sitemap, a content outline per page, and low-fidelity wireframes showing the layout logic. These go to you for feedback before design starts. Changes at this stage take hours. Changes at the design stage take days. This order matters.
Design goes to Figma once wireframes are approved. We produce desktop and mobile designs in parallel because doing mobile as an afterthought creates problems. You review the design as clickable Figma links, not static images, which makes it easier to give useful feedback. Revision rounds depend on your package. We track all changes between rounds to keep the process moving.
Development follows the approved designs. We do not improvise on layout during development. If a design decision does not work in code, we flag it and discuss before changing it. All builds go through a quality pass: browser testing, mobile testing, PageSpeed check, form testing, and link verification. We aim for a 90+ PageSpeed score on every project.
We handle the technical launch. Before we hand over access, you get a recorded walkthrough of how to manage the site, a written document covering the most common update tasks, and all login credentials in a secure format. If anything goes wrong within 30 days of launch, we fix it at no charge. After 30 days, we are still reachable and happy to help, but larger changes may require a separate scope.
Tell us about your project and we will set up a discovery call.
