Northlight Legal came to us with a five-year-old website that had been built on a page builder and never properly maintained. It was slow, it was not mobile-friendly, and it was not generating any inquiries. Partners were getting most of their business from referrals and were ready to actually use their website as a business development tool.
We started with a site audit to understand the specific problems: 8-second mobile load time, no proper practice area page structure, a contact form that had not been tested and was silently failing, and an About page that had no attorney profiles despite the firm having four attorneys.
The redesign addressed all of it. We restructured the site around practice areas rather than generic service categories, wrote content briefs for the attorneys to complete their own profiles (and edited the results), fixed the contact form, and built the whole thing on a platform they could manage without help.
