Refund Policy

1. Our Approach

We stand behind our work and have a structured, fair refund policy based on project stage. We do not issue blanket refusals, and we take concerns seriously when raised promptly.

2. Full Refund: Before Work Begins

You qualify for a full refund if all of the following apply: you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment; we have not sent your onboarding email; and no discovery, research, or design work has been started.

Request via: billing@designsherman.com with subject "Cancellation Request" within 24 hours of payment.

3. Partial Refund: Work in Progress

  • Less than 25% complete: 50% refund
  • 25% to 50% complete: 25% refund
  • More than 50% complete: No refund. We will complete and deliver the full scope.

Completion percentage is determined by our project tracking system and communicated transparently when reviewing a request.

4. After Delivery

Once a deliverable has been sent, no refund is issued for change of mind. However, if delivered work fails to meet the described scope, we will correct and redeliver, or issue a full refund in cases of clear non-delivery. Post-delivery remedy requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your deliverable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Support hours after a session has been conducted
  • Any service where refund is requested more than 14 days after delivery
  • Add-ons where services have been activated or work begun

6. How to Request

  1. Email billing@designsherman.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your name, order email, order date, and your concern
  3. We acknowledge within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3 business days

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds return to your payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by us.
